Intermittent Copy/Paste Issue

Our users are reporting the following issue, that I can't seem to figure out:

Copying and pasting something to the clipboard between two different RDP sessions doesn't seem to work properly on the Dell Optiplex 3000 thin client.

Either there's nothing in the clipboard. Or the "previous" value from the clipboard is being pasted.

Copy/paste within one RDP session works without any problems.

This applies to both the shortcuts CTRL + C > CTRL + V and right-click > Copy > Paste.

Affected firmwares, bios numbers and AVD versions:

- Firmware 2505 (9.6.2085) & BIOS 1.26.0 & Microsoft_AVD_3.2.3078.pkg-V3.2.3078

- Firmware 2502 (9.6.1080) & BIOS 1.24.0 & Microsoft_AVD_3.1.3044.pkg-V3.1.3044

- Firmware 2411 (9.5.4070) & BIOS 1.22.1 & Microsoft_AVD_3.0.2442.pkg-V3.0.2442

Redirect clipboard setting is enabled.

Enable on screen option is enabled.
