Lumos camera won’t work

Just opened and set up my Lumos and I can’t get the camera view in the Wecreat software to work. I checked the website and the camera itself works (though the image isn’t straight on, but at a bit of an angle) but no matter how many times I refresh in wecreat it doesn’t show me the image of the plate. The laser works, but without this function I can’t figure out exactly where to put the image to have it centered on the keychains I’m trying to make.
