I've been using a free meditation app before and later they blocked new presets, I've created this app for my use, then released it to playstore for free. Privacy first, and power efficient.

MTimer is a clean, unguided meditation timer for people who sit regularly.

How to use: [https://gnaanaa.com/mtimer/index.html](https://gnaanaa.com/mtimer/index.html)

No guided voices. No social features. No noise.

Just a dial, a bell, and your practice.

TIMER & PRACTICE

\- Meditation timer with rotating dial — set your duration, tap to begin

\- Save sessions as presets — duration, bell, and ambient sound together

\- Open-ended meditation mode — sit without a fixed end time, close when ready

\- Interval bells for Vipassana, mantra, and mindfulness practice

\- Ambient soundscapes — rain, ocean waves, pink noise, white noise

\- Silent meditation support

\- Offline meditation timer — works without internet

UNDERSTAND YOUR SITTING

\- Calm Score — after each session, see how your body actually responded. Using heart rate data from your wearable, MTimer calculates a physiological settling score based on how much your heart rate dropped, how stable your rhythm was, and how it compares to your own personal baseline over time (No other Android meditation app does this).

\- Weekly calm average alongside weekly minutes — see whether regular sitting is producing deeper settling over time

\- All processing on your device. Your heart rate data never leaves the app.

TRACK YOUR PRACTICE

\- Meditation session history with quick relaunch

\- Streaks, total hours, and weekly progress

\- Heart rate graph for each session

\- Syncs mindfulness minutes to Health Connect and Google Fit — see your meditation alongside steps, sleep, and heart rate in any compatible health app

LEARN TO MEDITATE

\- Seven meditation methods — breath awareness, mantra meditation, self-inquiry, inner sound, and more

\- Suitable for Vipassana, mindfulness, transcendental, and mantra practice

\- Drawn from classical traditions, written for anyone regardless of background or belief

\- For beginners and experienced practitioners

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

\- No ads

\- No subscription

\- No tracking

\- Your data stays in your own Google Drive (optional)

\- Calm Score is opt-in, computed on your device
