Quick context on why this sub exists.

WhatsApp has quietly become one of the highest-converting business channels out there. 90%+ open rates, people actually read messages, conversations feel personal. But building on the API is genuinely confusing Meta's docs are okay but not great, BSP pricing is all over the place, template approvals feel random, and most "tutorials" online are just ads for some platform.

So this is meant to be the place where people who are actually building stuff can share what they know, ask what they don't, and help each other skip the 3-week learning curve.

A few things about how this community works

Ask questions even if they feel dumb. Someone else has the same question. The only bad questions are the ones posted with zero context ("my webhook isn't working" with no code, no error, nothing give us something to work with).

Share your setups. Anonymize client stuff if needed but show the actual flows, the logic, what worked, what didn't. That's more useful than any blog post.

Be honest about tools. If a platform gave you trouble, say so. If something worked great, say that too. No one benefits from fake positivity.
