Do WW staff stop by? Trying to determine when Orion 2 z-axis twist adapter will be back in stock

Nearly ready to pull the trigger on an Orion 2 MFSSB with F16 stick, but absolutely MUST have twist for my application, and I want to avoid extra shipping charges by having to split the order.

Any way to determine if there's an estimate to when they'll be back in stock? Hoping WW is peeking at this forum now and again.

Thanks in advance!
