Best Mythic Path for Hellknight character?

Question is as title says, but for context, on a previous character I got to the seige of Drezen while working towards stalwart defender, with the idea to go with Aeon as my mythic path. I'm not sure I'm feeling the stalwart defender idea, and that's kinda what I was basing my whole character off of, and on top of which I've heard that Aeon is one of the "not as great" mythic paths. If I'm starting a new game as an Armiger fighter working towards Hellknight, (especially to be super good buddies with Regill) is there any other path besides Aeon that even makes sense? Is Aeon actually a fun path to go down? if anyone has any thoughts, I'd greatly appreciate hearing them.
