Hey everyone! Since we started discussing WyPix, many of you have been assuming it's going to be a simple, flat canvas (like a non-resetting r/place).

While we love the classic pixel art vibe, we have much bigger plans. We don't want to limit your creativity to a single flat plane. We are thrilled to announce that WyPix will feature true 3D voxel mechanics!

We are giving players 3 distinct viewing options to experience and shape the world:

1. 🟥 Classic 2D Flat: For that nostalgic, top-down pixel art look. Perfect for designing sprawling 2D logos or murals.
2. 📐 Isometric / Tilted: A strategic, bird's eye view under a diagonal angle. Perfect for managing your territory, observing battles, and getting a good look at your infrastructure.
3. 🧊 Full 3D Voxel: Free camera movement between voxel cubes. Pixels act as the faces of true 3D blocks on a massive canvas.

This opens up incredible possibilities for "Perspective-Shift Art."

Imagine this: you're in 2D top-down mode, looking at what appears to be a flat pixel painting of a dragon. But when you switch to 3D, you realize you're actually looking down onto a massive, detailed metropolis where the buildings and streets form the image of the dragon only from that specific angle. You can build true statues, castles, and intricate 3D structures that show completely different images depending on where you stand.

It's not just a canvas; it's a living, breathing 3D world built pixel-by-voxel.

We know this is a huge shift in expectations, so we want your feedback early.

How do you feel about this hybrid 2D/3D approach?

Are you excited to create complex, perspective-based art, or would you prefer to stick to a classic, purely flat pixel world? Which view mode do you think you’ll spend the most time in? Let’s discuss in the comments! 👇
