I'd rather pay more for decent service then pay less for rubbish service

I just wanted to say I would pay double for the service I'm getting from Zen. When they're getting awards for which? recommended internet provider means they're doing something right. I'm a subscriber of which? magazine and like their reviews. I'm not saying they're perfect no company is because they're human things do go wrong for some. When I had an issue they were first to apologise that's important. Over the years I've been with all the major players and this is how I rank them. Sky broadband is interesting I will explain why they came second 👇.

1. Zen Internet

2. Sky

3. Virgin Media

4. EE

5. Vodafone

I had no issues with Sky but they only can offer me 900mbps. But I saturated the full 900mbps with 2 ps5s and a gaming pc. I was with them for two years of exceptional service just my setup 😅.

Don't get me started with EE or Vodafone in fact if I could create a graph that goes into another dimension because they're so fucking of the map that's there level of service. 1.6 package for both could it handle my setup with everyone online could it fuck. Constant are you downloading from someone who is streaming.

Virgin Media with them practically from the cable & wireless my dad was. Good connection but boy oh boy there routers are shite. Even had them in modem mode and they would fuck that up as well. But I grew up with virgin media many fond zombie sessions on call of duty.

So can I say Zen are the best YES 100% the speed has never dropped and I can't saturate 2.3gbps on freedom fibre connection. Yes freedom fibre provide the connection but it's Zens core network is the key. No I don't affiliate with zen I get nothing nada from recommending them.

Remember No contract price rises and the owner said it himself it's unjust. Bollocks to mid contract price rises.
