⚠️ TREASURES IN ICE — KNOWN ISSUE

Hello everyone, and good morning!

I apologize for the tag, as this issue may not affect everyone. However, since we currently don't know exactly which players are impacted, we wanted to make sure everyone is aware.

We are currently aware of a bug affecting Treasures in Ice. For some players, after progressing past the Quartz Mine, the event quest does not start properly. This can prevent affected players from receiving their trinkets as they continue through the event.

It also appears that these same players may be experiencing an issue with Relic Chests, where Rare Cards are missing from the chest rewards.

The team is aware of these issues and has been actively working on a fix. Please be patient with them while they work to resolve the problem and get everything back to its normal state.
