It’s been twos and still no update

My boyfriend and I ordered things from alphalete on Black Friday and it’s been two weeks and we still haven’t heard any updates on our purchases. When even we check, it still says shipment is being processed. However, I found it wear that I also didn’t receive a email receipt about my purchase (my boyfriend hasn’t either).

I’m just wondering if anyone else is dealing with the same thing or not.

I also contacted them three days ago and they still haven’t responded.
