Hi all, we’re excited to share that the **Arrived Secondary Market is officially launching in August**. This will provide a structured way for investors to sell shares on a quarterly basis and for others to invest in properties or markets that they may have previously missed.

The secondary market will launch in phases, starting in August 2025, with a gradual expansion of the properties eligible for trading. This rollout is designed to ensure a smooth experience for all investors, and we will share exact dates as they approach. Trading windows will then open **quarterly in February, May, August, and November of 2026**.

**Key dates for the secondary market launch:**

* **August 2025** – All eligible investors can buy shares. Selling is limited to properties that were launched through March 2022.
