Studying for ASCP MB Exam – Are YouTube Videos and Flashcards Enough?

Hi everyone,
I'm scheduled to take the ASCP Molecular Biology (MB) exam on June 30, and I've just started studying. I majored in biology during undergrad and completed graduate studies in pharmacology and immunology about six years ago. I also have some past lab experience working with PCR.

Right now, my plan is to rely on free YouTube videos and flashcards for studying.
Does anyone have experience with using these materials alone? Would this be enough to prepare for the exam?
