Abdominal aches?

Age: 30 (almost 31) Height: 5'6" Weight: 276lbs Gender: Male Medications: Celexa 40mg daily, Ativan 0.5mg as needed Smoking status: Vape daily

Current medical issues: diagnosed last year with a fatty liver. I have high blood pressure, I'm overweight

I'm a daily drinker. I've noticed that sometimes a day after drinking I will feel random small aches in my abdomen. Primarily on my right side right below my rib cage at the front and right side of the rib cage. I would assume this is my liver but I also notice I'll feel a random ache on my left side in the same area or sometimes on my right side lower closer my hips and occasionally on my left side in the same area. They only last a few seconds. I notice when I go a day or two without drinking it goes away completely. Anyone else have an idea of what it could be? I have an appointment scheduled for a liver test. I just wanted to ask this community
