UI not usable on small devices

We tried the atera app for our technicians in the field for editing an create tickets, but the app has only a very small function level witch makes it unusable…The Atera page looks horrible on devices smaller then a Computer on Tablets and mobiles it’s simply not usable!

I don’t understand how you can launch a redesign and not thinking about the user that dayli use it, when can wee except a normal behavior from the atera site?
