Question:

So I've been trying some of the strategies I've been finding on here, but when it comes to placing them in order, where should I put the +?

Example: H, H, He, He, He, He, Li, B.

Do I put it it between the last two He to get a Li? Or In the center of all the He? Or should I put it in between the H?

Also, what order, of those questions, should I be prioritizing?
