Fiber wire got ripped out by a passing truck and it's been 3 days no response
I guess I just want to vent. I really do not know what to do. I switched from DSL to Fiber two weeks ago and two techs came out and got it up and running. I don't know if they installed the wire too low (it has to cross the street to connect to my building) because this Monday around noon a tractor trailer came by and ripped it off my building. It's completely severed. I've been contacting brightspeed since and they could only get someone for today between 1pm to 5pm well it's after 7pm and no one showed up! I tried contacting Brightspeed around 4pm just to see where this technician is and they were all "the ticket is open keep your lines open and the tech will contact you when they are on their way". I work from home so no internet and now I have to drive over an hour to the office. Like what am I even paying for??? I'm wondering if it would be faster for me to just switch providers...
