Help? CCTV Power supply box - fuses flashing/all cameras down

Hi there. Trying to help my friend who runs a small business. He said a couple of months ago all of his security cameras went down.

All the cameras run into a CCTV Camera Power Supply Box and then DVR.

The status of the DVR checks out. As does the network and connections.

He has four cameras and all 4 went down at the same time.

All the PTC fuse LEDs are flashing red.

Is this just a matter of resetting the fuses? I was under the impression that PTC fuses automatically reset. But I’m not really familiar.

Do I need to get a new power supply box?

Any help would be much appreciated.
