Is this a Cold Steel Peace Keeper 1???

I acquired this knife here recently along with several other knives that were all Cold Steel knives of various sorts. As you can see, there is no lettering on either side of the tang. The knife measures 6 5/8" from tang to tip and 7 1/8" from top of handle to tip and 12 1/8" total. You might be able to add a 1/32" to all those measurements. The weight is 6.8oz. On all the websites I checked the weight is 7.9 oz. , total length 12.33", blade length 7.00" and handle length 5.25". Any help identifying this would be greatly appreciated.
