I cannot reset password to my account

Hi everyone!
As in title, it's impossible to reset my account' password through number SMS.
It sends me a link which I open and I get a change for 0.5 sec. to change my password then almost instantly it sends me to "challenge" site which says that my account's password is broken and I have to reset it. It's literally impossible to reset password by that cuz It sends me to challenge site over and over after I get into account' password reset link from SMS.
