Reverse engineer sync protocol

Has anyone ever tried to reverse engineer the sync protocol? I've thought this would be useful in either adding more client support to CRW or to use CRA with other server software.

Are there any CBR readers on android that support the same kind of read status, position sync, reading lists that CRA does?

I just did a quick wireshark capture of a sync to see if it was encrypted or not. It isn't.

Also, does anyone have a copy of what should be at http://comicrack.cyolito.com/downloads/ComicRack/Support-Files/ComicInfoSchema.zip/ ? That link is broken now.
