Overcharged (5th time)

I'm a regular Communauto user and this is my fifth time getting overcharged. Each time I have to call and wait on hold for 40 minutes to talk to someone. Although it always gets resolved, I'm finding it quite frustrating. Reminder to always double-check your charges after each trip so they don't try to pull a fast one on you and overcharge.
