Got a weird glitch in dead patient

Hi so I played and finished what's been translated of Dead Patient a couple months ago and I found a screen recording of some of the glitches I encountered (for instance, at the start there were no textures and everything other than Ayame and a few pot plants was invisible) but most of them just required me to restart the game/ my laptop. But there was one time I went to load a save file (in front of the office on the bottom floor, I think) and instead it loaded this weird cutscene where a doctor and nurse were talking about how Ayame needed a certain type of operation and she was thinking about how much pain she was in and how much blood she was losing or something. Then, after the text ended, I spawned in that weird black-and-red chequered room (the one where you fight the weird demon spider baby with the rattle) but there were no walls or doors, only a space with the floor on it and nothing else. There weren't any enemies, but I didn't have a way to escape and ended up just quitting. I think this happened twice, and I videoed it the second time, but after that my save returned to normal. I have no idea if this was a part in the game that somehow got misplaced or if it's some weird thing that wasn't meant to be implemented in the first place. It kinda cool tho lol
