Not getting Notifications after phone reset

I have the Doov RV77 pro. It resets constantly in my pockets while I'm kneeling down for my job which I understand is not a fixable issue but the most annoying thing is the fact I need to put my pin in every time for my phone to ring when I get called. Is there a way to change that?
