Ekart most inefficient service

Dreadful service by Ekart. Made a blunder of ordering from them (BSC2002591227), AWB GOKP7044917728. Was promised delivery on 11th, that changed to 13th and now it’s showing 16. Demanding an immediate resolution. @BombayShavingCo @
