Banned for seemingly no reason?

So I've been actively buying and selling on ebay for a little over a year now, I went about 1 month without making any listings and then yesterday made some new listings and scheduled some listings out, immediately sold a few items even! Then this morning I woke up to a permanent suspension with no cited policy, and when calling they just said "yeah you're permanently suspended" and hung up. The only other thing is I had just yesterday finished registering an account on Adultstuffonly so i can sell things ebay doesnt allow, so maybe that flagged their automated risk system? either way, I have no clue what to do since Ebay basically was an entire third of my business and a great way to source new items for me shop
