Caught employee hiding goods

Hello everyone, I dont want to be a snitch but I really like thrifting and dont want my local goodwill to have no good finds in it. A couple employees brought out new goods in a big ol tote and watched as one of them took out a sony camcorder and walked way past the electronic and stuffed it behind a couple pillows, I walked over and tried finding it until I asked him about it and he showed me where he hid it, there are security cameras that probably saw the area. Could I do something to get him fired? Or atleast talked to. Where would I go? Thanks
