Can't decide between two sectors

I'm a third year CS & Math student. I've been exploring and I have narrowed it down to two projects, one in systems and another one in cybersecurity. The thing is I like both and I'd like to contribute to both, but i don't know which one to go eoth in GSoC. So should I focus on one or try both? If I should just try one, any advice on which one to choose (despite the lack of specifity) is welcome. Thanks in advace!
