Visiting Hood River in May

We are visiting Hood River next month (May), and we are trying to decide what to do with a bigger family group. We have a few younger kids in our group.

We are looking for recs for:

• Easy hikes that young kids would enjoy
• Is the fruit loop worth it when there’s no u-pick yet? Any farms have strawberries yet in May?
• any places to see lots of flowers? It looks like the Tulip Festival ends in April…
• any other must-dos while we are in the area!
