How to manage clients that WFH?

I (he/him) have a family where both of them work from home. One in the office and the other in the living room.

And it makes it really difficult, because there are times where I can't make noise, and I'm always seeing when can I clean that space, and going back and forward. Plus, the dog is loose on the house, which is fine, he is a sweet boy, and covers the wet floors in hairs.

I understand that people don't trust me yet to leave me the house key so I could work alone, but this is driving me nuts.

Is this common? How do you manage clients that work or have school from home?
