What video downloader are you using these days?

I've been looking for a reliable video downloader lately because a few of the ones I used before either stopped working or became full of ads.

I'm curious what everyone here is actually using in 2026.

Things I care about:

• Works with multiple platforms
• Doesn't bombard me with pop-ups
• Doesn't require creating an account
• Still gets updated when platforms change things

I've tried a few different options, but every one seems to have some downside.

What's your current favorite, and why? Any hidden gems worth checking out?
