Payments blocked

Icybox started blocking all my payments for some reason. At first I thought it was my bank but even after clearing things with them my payments still wouldn't go through. Opened a lot of boxes, unfortunately no luck getting anything valuable. Starting to think this may be a scam because I yet to see some one win one of the high end watches. I understands the chances are low, but you'd think at least one person would get lucky by now.
