Credit Card Suggestions

I had some credit cards in mind but they had eligibility of 21years+ and I'm 20. I checked out some other cards but they give credit on fixed deposits and I don't want to bother with that. I started freelancing few months back and am earning round 60k/month. Can I get some credit cards that don't work on basis of fixed deposits? I just want to get started and build a score too.
