Pouchitis Discomfort Management

Hello! I'm experiencing pouchitis symptoms (constant need to have BM, straining during defection, tenesmus, etc) from a JPouch surgery with loop ileostomy, and was wondering what y'all do to manage the discomfort? I don't believe it is actually pouchitis, because the antibiotics I took did not alleviate the symptoms. My docs aren't able to see me for another 10 days to perform a contrast enema and idk if I can take this anymore. I've tried tylenol which doesn't help. I can't leave my house because it's too uncomfortable to walk around. I can't go to work because the pain is too distracting/debilitating.
