KTC H27T7 firmware update

Hello i just bought today a ktc h27t7, i read that the monitor per se needs a firmware update to get a solve some issues, i can't seem to find the file needed to do so tho.
If any of you could be so kind as to provide me with the files to update the firmware it would be great!
I tried going to the chinese website and hitting the links on the footer for the support and download center which redirected me to a en.ktcplay page that does not work at all. Thank you kindly
