Came in for an alignment and was turned away

Hi All,

Just wanted to share an experience that was strange and didn't really make sense. wife has a lifted 2022 RAV4 XLE Hybrid that I noticed was getting uneven tire wear on the rear driver side. So I call up the local les schwab and asked if they could do an alignment on a lifted RAV4 and they said no problem, scheduled an appointment and came in and the assistant Manager says they wont touch the car because its a liability because they didn't install the suspension? Strange... because its an alignment job..... like do they turn away anyone with suspension not installed in their shop? I just take the keys back and go home.... now i gotta call around and ask for an alignment
