Letterhead

Hello all. At the top of my letters I'd like to have:

|<--- my name   ...   the place --->|
|<--- address     ...   the date  --->|

so text aligned left for the left part and right for the right part, with nothing in between. I know how to do that in Word but LO has me stumped.
