PreMed Stats Acceptance Changes Into Medical School, Masters or SMP?

I am a pre-med student at Rutgers and my sGPA is a 3.4 and cumulative is a 3.6. None of my grades are below a B, but I feel like my stats are on the lower end. I have not taken the MCAT yet. I have pretty standard extracos. Should I consider a Master's program or SMP based on my GPA?
