A basic guide to get started in r/memeocracy
NOTE: PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE NEW TO THIS SUB
This subreddit was created so that users from all reddit can post their content (stolen, original, real, fake, etc.) without the typical rules of a big subreddit (like no spam, no porn, no off-topic post, no repost, etc.) that will make more difficult to post whatever you want. Here in r/mememocracy the free speech and free thinking are allowed.
To post whatever the thing that you will post here, please follow the Three Holy Rules:
- No crybabies:
Triggering is anoying and it doesn't help you at much. If something makes you angry or annoyed, please, just ignore it. I don't care about what you think and you too don't care about what i think. Trigger comments or post of will be deleted, not because i am an hipocrite about free speech, they will be deleted because ranting and posting random insults in rage is not the best way of discuss something.
- No stupids in my realm:
Bullying, harassment, death threats and all that stuff is not allowed. In some countries this is obviously illegal and it could bring me/us many problems. Also, armies of people willl raid this sub (just like in any social media) if any of this cases occurs. I like black humor (actually, a lot) and i know a lot of people also like it, but please, don't be stupid and control yourself sometimes.
- Mark NSFW post as that.
Just a formality, nothing special.
About posting
Just like in the beggining, here you can post whatever you want. There are no topics in this sub. The name of the subreddit (mememocracy) is just because the normal post will be memes or meme-like post. If you think that your content (image, video, text [in this case just send me a summary], etc.) might break the rules or you are not sure about that, message me/the mods and i will/we will see if you can or can't post it. Anyway, any post that actually breaks the rules will be deleted.
Contacting the mods
If you have suffered bullying, harassment, death threats, etc. in this sub, please contact the mods inmediatly, i will/we will resolve it as fast as i/we can.
Flairs
More formalities. Use the flair to tag you as a new comer user, a frequent user, "memer" , "imager", "texter", etc.
In the case of posts, use the flair to tag what kind of post it is (image, meme, video, text, etc.). This is not obligatory, just like i said, it is a formality and is not necessesary to have a flair in your post. Using flairs will make the sub more structured butis up to you if you want to use them.
