ChatGPT mentor vs a human mentor

I read a stat where 47% of GenZ (not just PMs) feel that they get better career advice from Gen AI tools like ChatGPT vs from their manager. Do you agree?

The consumer-grade LLMs (e.g., Gemini 2.5 flash) train initially with reddit and wikipedia, then hone with other sources (both licensed and not licensed): Books, Research papers, News articles, etc. Of course Gemini can do this in seconds, but when I tried it, the advice seemed generic and not closely mapped to my specific context as a PM needing guidance (my market category, my company culture, my skills gaps, etc).
