Finding landlord details

Hi all, long story short I need to get in touch with a previous landlord from Midleton. I dont have a copy of the lease with their details. Can anyone tell me how I can find their details? or a previous copy of lease? It was never registered with RTB. I know the house is still rented (current lease not registered also) but I can't get there to knock on the door to ask!
