You mentioned on the podcast you are here on a visa, if I remember correctly a long time ago on the RT podcast you mentioned your family was Irish, if so, you could look into getting an Irish passport, Irish citizens have the right to live and work in the UK without a visa. If yours and Ashley’s visa are tied together, then getting an Irish passport may affect her visa, so you will have to look into that
