Oddly spaced skill boxes

The skills section of my v13.1 sheet is too spaced, not aligning with the modifier boxes. I've tried changing the font size, but it didn't work, and changing the sheet font style also doesn't fix the issue. Changing the modifier boxes into lines is just the same problem but a different shape, does anyone know how I can fix this?
