AI-oversight: Often suggested improvements for the Bracket System

* **Refining Bracket 3 Boundaries:** Many players find the gap between [Bracket 3 and Bracket 4](https://farseek.ai/blog/commander-brackets-explained) to be the most contentious, suggesting clearer definitions or a middle tier to handle decks that exceed casual limits but aren't optimized powerhouses. \[[1](https://farseek.ai/blog/commander-brackets-explained), [2](https://www.reddit.com/r/EDH/comments/1ug8rrp/thoughts_on_the_bracket_system_i_think_it_should/)\]
* **Expanding the Game Changers List:** Adding more format-warping staples (like specific fast mana, efficient tutors, or potent stax pieces) to the official [Game Changers](https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/announcements/commander-brackets-beta-update-april-22-2025) list would help catch high-power outliers that currently slip into lower brackets. \[[1](https://www.facebook.com/groups/magicarenamtg/posts/1641045183204810/), [2](https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/announcements/commander-brackets-beta-update-april-22-2025)\]
* **Re-evaluating Strategy Restrictions:** Clearer guidelines on resource denial, stax, and heavy land disruption strategies would prevent unfun asymmetry in mid-level casual pods. \[[1](https://www.reddit.com/r/EDH/comments/1qgsibj/what_improvements_do_you_want_to_see_done_about/), [2](https://www.reddit.com/r/EDH/comments/1ug8rrp/thoughts_on_the_bracket_system_i_think_it_should/)\]
* **Commander-Specific Minimum Brackets:** Assigning baseline minimum brackets to inherently oppressive or overly efficient commanders would prevent accidental mismatches where a weak 99 cannot mask a tier-1 commander.
