Updating?

Dear Null's Royale Developers,

I was wondering when the level 15 and evolutions update will come out. Normally it takes a bit to come out, but it is taking much longer than usual. Is it that you want the meta to stabilize before implementing an update? . It would be sad for it to stop updating, as regular CR has become so pay to win, that it's near impossible to start a new account at this point as a F2P.

Sincerely, Null's Royale player
