Your therapy was psychoanalysis and sessions in a 20 layer accumulator? How long sessions and how often, and over how long a period?
Did you notice effects right away?
How did you do away with the armouring? Or how did the therapist relax the anxiety blocking the plasmaflow/ sensation?
Where was this? Is there a website listing practicioners worldwide?

Oh shit. I have brought my phone with me inside to read and listen to music. I wondered if it would disturb things with an electrical device inside, but I did not think about the radiowaves. I will do it without today and see how it feels.

But being a one\-layer it is already pretty weak, and this last week here it has been humid and rainy making the orgone levels in the atmosphere low, perhaps this was lucky for me.

And thanks for the book suggestion, Ill read this one next.

> Do you use a orgone accumulator and that's it?

No, i was referring to full medical orgone therapy with a properly trained and qualified M.D. The use of an orgone accumulator without proper therapy sessions cannot treat anything psychology-related.

It does treat pain and burns amazingly, though. It puts strength back in your blood and bones, it brings colour back in your skin, and makes you feel expanded and relaxed. Raises your temperature a bit, skinny guys gain weight over time, and it eliminates completely what is known as 'common cold', for years. You can also make a wide range of home experiments on objective (measured) and subjective manifestations of orgone energy.

It is great you are making these yourself! Yes, it would be simple to make many layers. But the more layers you have, the more seriously you will have to take precautions. If you live nearby high-voltage lines, x-ray equipment, or if you forget a mobile phone or a glow-in-the-dark watch inside a 20-fold accumul

What exactly do you do? Do you use a orgon accumulator and that's it?

How do you recommend that I build one, how many layers and what material? Since a few days I am using a one layer accumulator, I will use this untill i think of how to build a better one. I wish to find fine steel fabric, a mesh that is so fine it is flexible almost like cloth. With this and a roll of cotton it would be very simple to make many layers.

If you suffer from lack of pleasure in your life and work, if you feel symptoms of depression, contactlessness, anxiety, or simply lack of love and warmth taking over your life, NO OTHER therapeutic approach can relieve you from day one, and NO OTHER can transform your whole existence into breathing deeper, seeing better, feeling happier, being involved and interested, and loving to the full.

Yet an overwhelming flood of falsehoods and childish ridicule parades in monthly basis all over the media. Harsh and mean-spirited, it drowns the quiet work of orgonomy and orgone therapy in a swamp of mockery and supposed 'controversy', thus preventing countless people from getting a sorely needed ''emotional first-aid''.

A 10 layered one will do just fine, or even less if it gets practically hard.

DeMeo's orgone accumulator handbook is what you 'll be needing. Semi-wooded neighborhood sounds fine, but you have to make sure there are no high-voltage power lines, no x-ray equipment and no radioactive materials nearby. Those are big no-no's. Secondary precautions include: no T.V. sets or microwave ovens in the same room, no mobile phones and glow-in-the-dark watches inside the accumulator, or it gets heavy and useless.

You could and should take it and use it outside. The 'shed in the woods' type of space is the ideal place for an accumulator. Both x20 ones i used were on a porch outside the living space. You don't want to soak up energy all the time by living really close to an OR.AC.

Satellite dishes are ok, but try to count the EM field first if possible.

Again DeMeo's OR.AC. handbook is the thing you want for OR.AC. maintenance. The room should be aired like the room you live in. Sometimes you mi

Thank God you answered. I'm really interested in Reich's work, ever since I saw that not all alternative medicine/science is bs(I had asthma, and many more ilnesses, and cured them with Buteyko breathing).

Do you think a 10 or 20 layered one would be OK for regular use? How important is the surrounding (- it will be made in a house in a semi wooded neighborhood with other houses)? Could IShould ever I take it/use it outside? Is it safe to build it if there are satellite dishes in the area? Should the room it's kept in be aired out regularly?

PS I realize this is a lot of questions, so to make it up to you, if you have any questions or interest in Buteyko/endogenic breathing, ask away! (I've been using it for a few years, cured my asthma, allergies, arythmia, also cured my grandmother's high blood pressure and dizziness) :DDD

Never recommended it. Just stated i used a x20 one. 5 layers is just fine.

In retrospect, i should 've used a less strong OR.AC. when not in therapy. The strong x20 one was really good for the body, it made pains/colds/fatigue go away etc... but psychologically it gave me really weird dreams, eye flashes, and a particular kind of anxiety i never had before; i can only describe it as 'deep worry'. This went on for a few days after its use, to the point that friends noted i was irritable and restless about everything. Then, back to normal.

This is energy/emotions/sensations breaking through my eye armor, which always tries to creep back. Without the huge emotional release of a orgone therapy session, soaking up energy in a x20 OR.AC. is not always a good idea... because everytime armor is softened, weird 'new' kinds of anxiety break through.

Hello, I have a question I hope you can answer. I'm planning to build my own orgone accumulator. Why do you recommend building it with 20 layers? DeMeo recommends 4 or 5. Do you think that is too weak? Thank you in advance!
