Glebe houses are nice until you try getting a couch through those old doorways

Has anyone had trouble getting larger furniture out of an older Glebe house? The doorways and stairs in some places look tight, especially for sectionals, dressers, and queen mattresses. Curious if movers usually take things apart first, or if people only find out something will not fit on moving day.
