Attic squatters

Has anyone else had to deal with attic squatters. They have been up there for about a year. I don't know how they are getting in and out. I've sealed up everything. I really had gotten pretty comfortable with them. Every know and then I have to yell at them to quiet down. Well about a month ago I noticed my change start missing food gone from the fridge. And my liquor and stash has been hit. I've the guys at home Depot Lowe's Ace they seem to think it's funny. Assholes My landlord is a lazy prick he won't help just looks like I'm not even there when I ask for his help. So if anyone here has any advice it would be greatly appreciated. I put up with alot but once you start hitting my booze and stash time to go
