What the deal with this?

So I havn't used this platform in like years, even decades, and I can't seem to remember or not if I deleted my account or just was inactive all this time, so I got a email saying that they will delete my account if I don't log in, and this is not the first email I got from them. I periodically get emails every month saying the same thing. So I was tired of this and tried to log in my account or reset my password but it keeps saying unauthorized or cannot complete request or something like that, which makes me think either my account really is deleted or someone hijacked it or something. Idk what's going on.
