Can't clear Chien Pao

Brother man I'm so stuck it's crazy, I can't clear Chien pao, nor M. dragonite or evil roost. I'm so coooked right now. That thing has fighting double weakness but high physical resistance so I find myself doing more damage on hecking sceptille..

I've swapped several maxed out IV pokémons but I can't even reach the last hp bar right now, any tips pls
