The first time a patient called me Nurse
I was once a student, still learning, still messing up my IV skills half the time. But one day, my patient looked at me and said: “Thank you, nurse.”
I didn’t correct them. I just smiled. Because for the first time, I actually felt like the nurse I’m becoming.
To all my fellow future RNs cherish those little moments. They keep you going. Share your pre Nclex experiences
